1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Simixa application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Intended Users

Simixa is designed for use by qualified homeopathic practitioners, medical professionals, and supervised students for educational, clinical support, and case analysis purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with applicable professional and legal standards in their jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

Simixa provides digital tools including repertory assistance, AI-assisted analysis, Smart Finder search features, and case management utilities intended to support homeopathic practice.

The App is provided as a clinical decision-support and educational tool only and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Certain features of the App may use artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate search results, case analysis suggestions, or informational responses.

These responses are generated through automated systems and may involve temporary processing through third-party AI service providers.

AI-generated outputs are assistive in nature and must not replace professional clinical judgment.

Final responsibility for diagnosis, treatment decisions, and patient care remains entirely with the user.

5. Temporary Data Processing

Some features such as case analysis, export generation, or AI-powered search may require temporary server-side processing.

Data required to generate analysis or results may be transmitted to processing infrastructure.
This data is used only for the requested operation.
Once the operation is completed and results are delivered, the temporary data is automatically deleted.

Simixa does not maintain permanent patient medical databases on its servers.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering patient information
Ensuring accuracy of the information entered
Using the App in compliance with applicable laws and professional guidelines
Maintaining the confidentiality of patient data stored on their devices

7. Smart Finder Usage

Smart Finder is an AI-assisted informational search feature intended for educational and reference purposes.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary personally identifiable patient information when using this feature.

8. Google Drive Backup

Simixa may provide an optional Google Drive backup feature that allows users to back up locally stored data to their personal Google account.

This feature is currently available only in Desktop WebView environments.
It may not be available on mobile versions of the App.
Backup and restore operations are controlled entirely by the user.
Simixa does not access, monitor, or manage user Google Drive content.

9. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require payment, credits, or subscription access.

Credits and subscriptions provide digital service access only.
Credits are non-transferable.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

Use the App for unlawful activities
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the system
Use the App in a way that violates patient privacy laws
Misuse AI features or automated systems

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Simixa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simixa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

The user assumes full responsibility for clinical decisions and patient care.

13. Changes to the Terms

Simixa may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
