🔁 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

💳 Refund Policy

  • All payments made for subscriptions, credits, or services are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
  • Unused credits do not expire but are also non-refundable.

⚠️ Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple payments
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Service unavailability due to verified system failure
